1. Overview

The My Country Mobile mobile applications (iOS and Android) let you make and receive business calls and messages from your mobile device. This disclosure explains what data the apps access, why, and your controls.

We act as a data processor for end-user contact and communications data on behalf of our business customers, who are the data controller; we process it per their instructions and applicable law.

2. Permissions and Data We Access

Contacts

  • Accessed only when you enable the contacts permission.
  • Used so you can place calls and send messages to your contacts.
  • When you call or message a contact, the phone number is transmitted securely through our API to route the communication.
  • We store only the phone number and the metadata required to provide and bill the Service and to comply with applicable telecom laws.
  • We do not sell this data or share it with advertisers.
  • You can revoke contacts access at any time in your device settings without losing core functionality.

Microphone

  • Used only during active calls to transmit your voice.
  • Audio is not recorded unless you or your organization explicitly enable call recording.

Notifications

  • Used to alert you to incoming calls and messages.

Camera

  • Used only during video calls that you initiate or accept.
  • Only requested if the app offers video calling.

3. Data We Collect in the App

  • Account identifiers needed to sign you in.
  • Call and message metadata (numbers, timestamps, duration) needed to provide and bill the Service.
  • Device and diagnostic data to keep the app reliable and secure.
