What is the pricing for Zia?
Zia begins free you get 10 calls per month at no cost. If you need more, paid plans start at $25/month and scale with usage, offering lower per-call rates at higher tiers. You pay only for what you use, and you can set caps to avoid unexpected charges.
Which plan is needed to access Zia?
Zia is offered as an add-on across all plans: Starter, Business, and Scale.
Can I purchase Zia during a free trial?
No, you need to be on a paid plan to purchase Zia. Free trial users must first upgrade to a paid plan before adding the Zia add-on.
Is a free trial available for Zia?
Eligible customers can activate a 7-day free trial of Zia. The trial offers full access to all Zia features with unlimited usage. After 7 days, it automatically switches to a paid subscription unless canceled.
To start a trial, you must meet all of the following conditions:
Be on a paid plan (not a free trial)
Use Stripe billing (not an Apple iOS subscription)
Be a workspace Admin or Owner
Your workspace must not have previously used a Zia trial
Can I try Zia before purchasing with an active account?
Yes, you can add the Zia block to your call flow and fully set it up and test it before purchasing. When you try to publish the updates, you’ll be prompted to purchase the add-on.
What languages are supported by Zia?
At the moment, Zia is available only in English. If a caller uses another language, Zia won’t be able to reply. Support for additional languages is planned for the future.
Can Zia be configured for different use cases?
Yes, you can insert multiple Zia steps into your call flow and customize each one separately. For instance, you might use different responses or greetings during business hours versus after hours.
Is Zia able to make outbound calls?
Zia currently manages inbound calls only.
Does Zia work with other phone systems?
No, Zia is intended for use exclusively within , so you can handle all your phone communication from one platform.
